We continue introducing the ideas and realizations of our trusted partners. This time we would like to welcome the Interioro Design Studio.
Natural materials and new technologies in a spacious high class apartmentClean shapes and modern style of cozy environment – this was the idea when we started the furnishing of this apartment, an apartment similar to house by its size and functionality situated at the foot of Vitosha mountain. The area of 240 sq. m. is designed to provide maximum functionality and well-defined personal space for each person from the four member family. Natural materials in combination with innovative technologies. The combination of wood, stone, metal, linen and glass creates rich and harmonious vision. The colors of materials have achromatic tones with mild, pleasant accents in mustard color, veronese and raspberry are preferred. High class furniture was selected and created mostly by individual projects with boutique performance. The decision about 100% LED lighting and smart control system of the whole apartment deserves to be underlined. The open entrance elegantly passes from the hallway to the living room through area with built-in wardrobes and an unit with different volumes related to the room. Gas fireplace panelled with boulders and black marble, paintings and sculptures of famous Bulgarian artists give comfort and spirit to the house. The well organized kitchen impresses with large storage spaces. The possibility to merge or separate the two children’s rooms by sliding doors, which way the premises become versatile and comfortable to play deserves attention. There is a special hanging system of swings and rope accessories for children. The parents’ bedroom is not just a room, but an area for relaxation. We see a remarkable decision here for more open spaces without doors towards the wardrobe and the bathroom. The bath itself is large enough to be divided into three zones. Soft, modern appeal, practical and high class – this is the first and last impression from the home designed without any compromise.
